Who is she?

I'm Fay Sangwine
(this translates to "Bloody cheerful fairy"... that's me!)
I started out working at a funky music and arts venue in Northampton in the 1990s.
I took on a variety of tasks, from designing marketing materials and crafting props for club nights to fulfilling 'riders' for famous acts. These riders ranged from the quirky to the downright bizarre—a Havana cigar, 17 assorted town postcards, a watermelon, and live crickets... yes, really!
It was an exciting and creative time!
From there, I indulged my sweet tooth and studied bakery and patisserie, which led me to don chef whites as the Pastry Chef at a 3 AA rosette restaurant in Cambridge. After whipping up desserts to die for, I transitioned to the Business Travel sector when an exciting opportunity came my way.
For the next 9 years, I climbed the ladder in a Corporate Hospitality company—heels and all. Then, after the economic crash of 2008 shook things up, I decided to take the leap and set up my own hotel and venue-finding agency, which I successfully ran for a decade.
I had the privilege of working with some truly amazing people and building an impressive client portfolio. But, with impeccable (if not slightly ironic) timing, I wrapped up the business just a few months before the world went into lockdown with the Covid-19 pandemic.
I was fortunate to stay busy throughout lockdown, rolling up my sleeves for a drainage engineering company in what you might call an Executive PA-ish role. Official job title? Nope, never had one—which suited me just fine, as I love diving into whatever tasks come my way.
When that wonderful local business sadly had to close its doors, I saw it as my chance to turn the page and launch this little venture. Now, my mission is simple: to help people like you thrive and lighten the load on your to-do list.
